Brown Sugar Frosting or Penuche Mix together one stick butter, one cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup heavy cream. Mix this until well dissolved over low heat and butter melted. Bring to a low boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Pull off of flame and add in a teaspoon or two of vanilla. Next mix in very well 2 cups powdered sugar.
