The babies are 3 weeks old and I just upgraded them to their bigger brooder space in the garage! Chicks grow SO fast and those plastic bin brooders really only last us about 3 weeks MAX. Maybe more if you only have a few chicks but for our 7 this year, it was moving time at 3 weeks. I’m also trying a new substrate this time around, I’ve heard great things about pine pellets for bigger chicks and brooders. Not ideal for hatchlings as it can be too harsh on their little feet. As of now they still
