It's ok to add variations to exercises. But you got to be careful when making a general statement like "This 1 Exercises to build Biceps AND Triceps" because they are antagonistic muscles. This means they perform opposing actions at the elbow joint. So an exercise that focuses on BICEPS will not train your TRICEPS.
