Today I am cooking a bottom round beef roast. I put one package of a dry vegetable soup. Mix in a little bit of water. Start it around and put it on top of my roast. I put carrots and a whole clove, the whole garlic clove on top for flavor and nutrition. I know that you probably cook yours differently and I know it's delicious too. But this is what I'm having for lunch today. I would use the leftover meat this next week for sandwiches. Have a great Sunday. Love you all if you're unable to go to
