"I writ positive and neg reviews. I try to be balanced. I purchased a Aliner Camper from MWA back in June. Of course during the sales process they were very responsive. On my first camping trip I found leaks. It took several calls to get my camper in for repairs. After getting int in for repairs, I had to call and check on the progress and when I arrived on the date to pick it up, they could not recall what needed to be done. 3 weeks ago I did some damage to my camper. I left 2 messages for parts and 2 messages for service. I waited about 5 days and did not get a call back. Last Tuesday, Nov. 5th, I called the general manager who got Shane on the line. I explained my need for body repair, as well as new rim. Shane promised to call me back by the 8th with information. Today is the 12th and still there are no calls back. Since Indianapolis is the same distance from home in Cincinnati, I called Camping World there and they are getting me in Friday for a quote. See Ya MWA. I will take my business for warranty work, repairs and purchases elsewhere \nGerald Clark, Covington KY"
